As with any other replica in Evolution Airsoft's Hardcore series, this one also stands out from the competition. The product is the result of cooperation between Evolution Airsoft and the Italian firearms manufacturer ZM Weapons. Thanks to this we can delight our eyes with the original marks on the replica. Metal parts include: the receiver, handguard and outer barrel. The only parts of the replica made of polymer are the stock and pistol grip, but they also share the same quality as the rest of the replica. This made it possible to achieve stability of the entire replica and no loose spots will be noticed during use.
The front and top rail allow the attachment of various accessories. Folding and removable iron sights are attached by default: front and rear sights. The receiver has full license marks of the original manufacturer - the ZM Weapons company and an individual serial number.
Additionally, the bolt carrier model can be locked with a bolt locking mechanism, simplifying regulation of the Hop-Up system. The battery is stored inside the replica's handguard. - The cables have a small Tamiya connector. The replica itself is compatible with Li-Po batteries. The set does not include a battery or charger.
The interesting thing is the stock, which in addition to having an adjustable length can also be folded to one side. In the original M4 type constructions this would not be possible due to the return spring located in the original slide. However, in a real LR 300 firearm, this system was moved in a modified form above the barrel.
This system can also be found in the Evolution Airsoft replica, however, it is not just a dummy, but a recoil and elevation simulation system called DIGS. What makes it different from an ordinary EBB known from other AEGs? First of all, the mockup of the bolt carrier is larger than normal. Secondly, not only the element located in the ejection port is in motion, but also the system connected to it located above the barrel. Thirdly, and most importantly, the user can choose between 2 Blow-Back strength settings. The Blow-Back used in the LR 300 replica is unique.
